FLY TO BOSTON

Most major domestic and international airlines offer flights to Boston's Logan International Airport.

You can take a connecting flight to Bar Harbor (Fly to Bar Harbor), or you can travel from Boston to Bangor by intercity bus (Bus from Boston).

Concord Coach buses pick up and drop off at Logan International Airport. Follow the signs to "Ground Transportation." Although the timetable shows just one Concord Coach time for Logan, buses pick up at multiple terminals. The timetable displays the time for the first terminal stop.

Downeast Transportation provides a single round-trip between Bangor and Bar Harbor year-round Monday through Friday. This bus does not operate on weekends or on Monday holidays.

You can also try the Bar Harbor Shuttle. This is a private company that provides van service between Bangor transportation terminals and Bar Harbor.

Taxis and rental cars are also available at the Bangor Airport.
